Since joining LAVA as the team’s first hire in September 2020, Millie has not only quickly progressed from an Analyst to an Associate within 17 months but also emerged as a key dealmaker, skillfully identifying opportunities and steering the team towards success with unwavering determination.
During her noteworthy tenure, she has achieved numerous accomplishments, including leading the advisory team for AIRDAT, where, after the initial deal fell through, her impressive strategic flexibility was showcased by guiding the client to a deal that enhanced the prospects for all parties involved.
Millie’s academic and professional development have also not gone unnoticed. Her distinction in the Corporate Finance Diploma Strategy & Advice exam, coupled with practical knowledge gained from handling complex deals and absorbing insights from the seasoned LAVA team, demonstrates her unwavering pursuit of excellence.
Reflecting on her experiences at LAVA, which has engaged across various industries such as manufacturing, hobbyist retail, education, and technology, Millie shares:
