LAVA Advisory Partners is delighted to announce the promotion of Rob Telkman to the position of M&A Director. Rob joined us in 2022 as an Associate Director with extensive, highly technical experience, and has contributed an enormous amount to both the team, and our clients.
This promotion comes off the back of a stellar year for Rob, leading on a number of complex deals including the sale of L’Ecole des Petits international schools to Globeducate, the purchase of Kura by Zeelo, Westbridge’s acquisition of Survey Solutions.
His highly technical skillset makes him invaluable for handling complex due diligence requirements, and his appetite to share this knowledge and expertise with the team also delivers enormous value, broadening capabilities across all colleagues and ensuring LAVA’s specialist technical capability and personalised approach remain at the fore.
A supportive and engaged colleague, he also builds valuable relationships with clients throughout the deal process and provides an expert presence on the most complex of transactions. Now both leading on and originating his own deals, it’s clear Rob has even more to offer in his new role as Director.
