Further growth for LAVA as Felix Neate joins as Associate Director

LAVA Advisory Partners is pleased to welcome Felix Neate, who joins the team as an Associate Director and brings his exceptional transactional experience to the benefit of LAVA’s valued clients.

Felix Neate, Associate Director

Having trained in accountancy with PwC, Felix worked closely with a vast range of businesses, helping them report to the market, produce annual accounts, and providing expert financial analysis wherever it might be needed.

He then moved to Coller Capital, a secondary PE firm where his financial knowledge and analytical expertise were leveraged in the restructuring of LP portfolios and GP-led transactions. One such project prompted an opportunity to lead an exciting data science initiative overhauling transaction pricing modelling and educating stakeholders about its value, which cemented Felix’s dedication to finding simple solutions to complex investment problems.

Felix’s passion for working directly with entrepreneurs and business owners subsequently prompted his move to a lower-mid market specialist advisory firm where he honed his sell side credentials as well as developing a special interest in buy and build transactions supporting the Private Equity market as a trusted advisor.

Joining LAVA in a year of significant growth for the firm, Felix said:

‘The key thing for me was the truly collaborative approach of the team. With everyone visibly pulling together and driving in the same direction, you can really deliver success for each other and the company, without the conflicts of ego and incentives.’

When he’s not in the office, Felix enjoys skiing, cooking for friends, catching up on his extensive reading list and, most importantly, hanging out with his dog, Colonel Mustard.
