LAVA Advisory Partners is pleased to announce that Loïc Bourdonnec joins us as an Associate Director, progressing the strategic growth of our highly technical team of M&A experts.
Loïc joins from Quest Fund Placement where he honed his private equity project management skills to deliver new clients and added value in complex fundraising environments. Prior to Quest, Loïc spent many years with PWC in both Paris and London, delivering mid-market financial diligence with special expertise in tech, media and telecom.
This unique, technical skillset really sets him apart as a specialist in the private equity M&A space, and adds much needed resourcing to LAVA’s rapidly growing deal pipeline.
On his reasons for joining, Loïc said:
‘I’m excited to join LAVA, not only for their impressive speed of growth in the UK M&A space, but because of the entrepreneurial mindset and real dedication of the team. My large-scale private equity background, combined with my recent exposure to business development and project management, means I have a lot to bring to the company, and I look forward to our future together.’
Loïc Bourdonnec Associate Director, LAVA Advisory Partners
Born and raised in France, and fluent in French, English and Spanish, Loïc brings an international focus to the UK team along with his technical skills and special ability to navigate complex processes, reducing the burden on the client. In his spare time he enjoys movies and music, and can regularly be found at gigs, or watching classic films at the cinema. He also enjoys running, and will of course be sharing his Parisian foodie expertise with the LAVA team.
‘It’s great to have Loïc joining at such a key time in LAVA’s growth. His exceptional PE expertise and hands-on approach to advising clients, especially in technical value negotiation, will not only bolster our own expertise but will also result in more efficient processes for all stakeholders. Our careful curation of a highly specialised team has already proven so beneficial to reducing the burden on in-house management teams and we’re confident Loïc will be a great addition to the team.’
